If you still have questions, we’re happy to help! If you have only a few questions or clarifications, feel free to pop into your local store. Our associates have extensive training in pet nutrition and can take a few minutes to answer questions and guide you to the best products for your needs. We do not charge any fee for their time, and can usually spend up to around 15 minutes with you, pending other customer needs or urgent tasks.

If you need more in-depth advice, you can schedule a nutrition consultation with either Ann or Bre. Consultations are $90 for a 30-minute phone call, and we’ll provide you with written notes and product recommendations as a follow-up. Additional appointments are $45 for 30 minutes. We ask that you take the time to educate yourself with the information that we’ve provided here prior to scheduling a consult. Time slots are very limited, so we like to reserve them for pet owners who have more extensive issues that are yet to be resolved with diet changes or veterinary care.
